Key Rules at a Glance
- Transfers: No advance payment. Pay your driver on arrival (cash in LKR or agreed currency).
- Hotel packages with tours: Full prepayment required.
- Card fee rule: For card payments < USD 1,000 → 3% added. For ≥ USD 1,000 → no card fee to client.
- Cancellation: 15+ days before arrival → full refund. Within 14 days → no refund.

Yes. We provide our business account details and invoice. Please share the transfer slip; sender bank/FX fees may apply.
We accept LKR, USD, EUR, GBP and INR. If paying in foreign cash, the driver confirms the day’s conversion rate.
We confirm your booking and send a secure online payment link. Complete payment (3D Secure where supported) and we issue a receipt.
Cancel 15 days or more before arrival for a full refund. Within 14 days of arrival: no refund.
