How 150 km/day works
Different end city (End → Start charged)
Up to 150 km/day are included (A City → sights → back to A). Extra touring kms are charged per the selected vehicle’s per-km rate.
If you end in another city, we add the End → Start distance back to your starting city at the vehicle per-km rate. Keep Auto-calculate on or enter a custom value.
After baggage & customs, meet at Arrivals. We can meet you at the official airport taxi area or the Arrivals lobby. Flight delays are monitored.
Tolls are not included in the base day rate. If your route uses expressways (e.g., Airport Expressway), tolls are billed at cost.
Fuel for the included 150 km/day is included. Extra touring and End → Start kms are charged per-km.
Use the meal plan selector: RO (room only), BB (breakfast), HB (dinner+breakfast), FB (three meals). We apply simple multipliers for a quick estimate.
Enable Auto Rooms to calculate: rooms ≈ ceil(pax ÷ occupancy). Villas price per property, so rooms fixed to 1 for estimating.
Most hotels offer driver quarters. If not, a small allowance may apply for driver lodging & meals; we confirm case by case.
Hotel estimates are mid-season averages. Peak periods (Dec–Mar, July–Aug) can be higher; ask us for exact quotes by date and place.
