Booking & confirmation
You can book by WhatsApp, phone, email, or the website contact form. Please send your pickup place, drop location, date, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, flight number if airport pickup, and preferred vehicle type.
You will receive a confirmation email titled “Your booking is confirmed” with all important details. For urgent bookings, we can also confirm by WhatsApp.
Yes, same-day bookings are possible when a suitable vehicle and chauffeur are available. WhatsApp is the fastest option for urgent requests.
Send route, travel date, pickup time, number of passengers, luggage, flight number if relevant, hotel name or full address, and whether you need a car, SUV, or van.
Yes, please inform us as early as possible. We will adjust the pickup time if the driver schedule allows it.

Airport pickup at CMB
For airport arrivals, our chauffeur waits at the Arrivals Hall paging area with your name board or follows the pickup instructions shared in your confirmation. Please keep WhatsApp active after landing.
Yes. Please share your flight number when booking. We monitor arrival timing and adjust pickup when possible.
Do not worry. Airport arrival pickups include a reasonable waiting period. If there is an unusually long delay, please message us on WhatsApp so the driver can be updated.
For airport arrivals, the airport parking fee is included in the quoted price unless a special arrangement is made separately.
Yes. For airport departures, the chauffeur will pick you from your hotel lobby, home, villa, or selected address at the agreed time.
For international flights, many travelers plan to arrive at the airport about 3 hours before departure. We will suggest a practical pickup time based on your location and traffic.
Prices & inclusions
Airport arrivals include airport parking fee and expressway tolls. Departures include expressway tolls. All bookings include the driver and taxes. Parking or waiting beyond standard limits may be chargeable depending on booking details.
All quoted rates are per vehicle, not per person. This makes the price clearer for couples, families, and small groups.
Yes. Published and confirmed quotes are our best fixed rates to keep pricing simple, fair, and clear.
Yes, expressway tolls are included when the quoted route uses the expressway, unless the quote clearly says otherwise.
Airport arrival parking is included. Other attraction, hotel, city, or long-waiting parking fees may depend on the itinerary and will be explained before confirmation where relevant.
Yes, solo travelers can contact us on WhatsApp. When possible, we will check a more economical vehicle option or timing-based price.
Vehicles, luggage & comfort
Yes. All vehicles are air-conditioned and well-maintained.
A sedan is usually suitable for up to 3 passengers with moderate luggage. A van is better for families, more luggage, or longer trips. For premium comfort, ask for SUV or premium vehicle options.
Please tell us the number of check-in bags and cabin bags. We will recommend the right vehicle size so the trip is comfortable.
Yes. We provide private vans for families and small groups. If your group has more than 6 passengers or many large bags, please request a larger vehicle.
Baby seats may be arranged on request, subject to availability. Please request this before confirmation.
Yes. Our chauffeurs are polite, professional, and non-smoking.
Payments & cancellation
Usually payment is made to the driver on the day of service unless a different arrangement is agreed in advance.
We prefer LKR. USD, EUR, INR, and RMB are also accepted based on the Central Bank buying rate. Change is provided in LKR. Bank transfer and card payments can be arranged on request.

Yes, bank transfer can be arranged for selected bookings. Please request bank details before the trip.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup unless your booking has a special condition, special vehicle arrangement, or third-party cost.
Many simple transfers do not need a deposit. Multi-day tours, special vehicles, or high-demand dates may require a deposit or part payment.
