Welcome to Colombo Airport Taxi, operated by Trustker Company. By using our website, booking system, WhatsApp communication, email communication, or transport services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Trustker Company is a Sri Lankan transport and tourism service provider registered under the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) license number: SLTDA/SQA/TA/02108.

2) Booking Confirmation
- Bookings made through our website may receive instant automatic confirmation.
- An instant confirmation received from our booking system is considered a confirmed booking.
- If a booking is arranged manually through WhatsApp, phone, or email, we may send a separate manual confirmation.
- The price displayed at the time of confirmed booking is honored for that confirmed service.
- All bookings are subject to correct customer details, vehicle category suitability, and operational availability.
3) Payments
- Airport transfer payments are made after reaching the destination.
- Round tour and chauffeur service payments are generally made upon arrival or at the start of the tour.
- We normally do not require advance payments for standard bookings.
- Payments can be made in LKR, USD, EUR, or GBP.
- Online card payments are accepted.
- Some card payments may include additional payment gateway charges.
- Bank transfer payments normally do not include additional fees from our side.
4) Cancellation Policy
- Airport transfers can be cancelled free of charge before 24 hours of pickup time.
- Most bookings do not require advance payment.
- If a customer does not arrive for pickup without notice, the booking may be considered a no-show.
- Because most services are booked without advance payment, no refund process is generally required.
5) Airport Waiting Time & Flight Delays
- Flight tracking is included for airport pickups.
- We monitor the actual flight landing time.
- We normally provide free waiting time for delayed arrivals.
- Even extended delays of up to approximately two hours are generally accommodated without additional charge.
- If a traveler faces unusual immigration, baggage, or airport delays, we recommend contacting us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
6) Vehicle & Chauffeur Policy
- Vehicle model may vary depending on operational availability.
- The booked vehicle category or equivalent category will always be provided.
- Smoking is not permitted inside vehicles.
- Reasonable comfort stops can be arranged for smoking upon request.
- Alcohol abuse, illegal drugs, or dangerous behavior inside vehicles are strictly prohibited.
- Seat belts must be used where available.
For the safety of guests and chauffeurs, late-night long-distance driving after 21:00 may require overnight rest arrangements during ongoing multi-day tours. This policy does not apply to airport arrival or departure transfer days.
7) Luggage Policy
- Each vehicle category includes recommended passenger and luggage limits.
- Customers should inform us in advance about oversized luggage, surfboards, golf bags, bicycles, baby strollers, or special equipment.
- Additional vehicle upgrades may be required for excess luggage.
- If luggage details are not provided correctly, we may not be responsible for space limitations in the selected vehicle category.
8) Child Seats
- Child seats are provided free of charge when available.
- Child seats are subject to availability and should be requested during booking.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the child seat is suitable for the child’s age and size.
9) Delays & External Factors
We always do our best to minimize inconvenience caused by:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Train delays
- Government restrictions
- Unexpected operational conditions
However, some delays may be outside our control. We will always try to assist travelers and adjust routes or timing where reasonably possible.
10) Safari & Third-Party Activities
- Safari jeep services are usually arranged through independent third-party safari providers.
- Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
- Train tickets, safaris, and external attractions are subject to third-party availability and conditions.
- Entrance tickets, activity tickets, safari fees, and third-party supplier charges may be subject to their own conditions.
11) Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide correct pickup location, drop-off location, flight number, date, time, passenger count, and luggage details.
- Customers must be ready at the agreed pickup time unless there is an unavoidable delay.
- Customers must keep communication available by phone, WhatsApp, or email where possible.
- Customers are responsible for personal belongings during travel.
12) Website Prices & Service Information
- The confirmed displayed booking price is honored for the confirmed booking.
- Prices shown for guide routes, examples, or general information may depend on route, destination, passenger count, luggage, and vehicle category.
- If the customer changes destination, route, pickup time, waiting requirement, vehicle category, or itinerary after confirmation, additional charges may apply.

14) Limitation of Liability
Trustker Company will take reasonable steps to provide safe, reliable, and professional transport services. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed activities, delays caused by external events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
15) Travel Insurance
We recommend that all travelers arrange suitable travel insurance covering medical needs, baggage, trip interruptions, delays, and cancellations.
16) Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
17) Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
