Welcome to Trustker Company, operating under the brand name Colombo Airport Taxi. By using our website, booking a service, or contacting us via email/WhatsApp, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2) Scope of Services

We provide the following services in Sri Lanka:

• Airport transfers
• Intercity transfers
• Day tours
• Multi-day tours
• Safari bookings

Bookings can be made directly via our website, email, or WhatsApp.

3) Booking & Confirmation

• Customers may book via online form, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
• Without a confirmation email, your booking is not valid.

4) Pricing & Payments

• Prices are fixed and charged per vehicle.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, online payment gateway, bank transfer.
• Accepted currencies: LKR, USD, EUR, GBP.
• Payments may be made in advance or on arrival.
• No additional charges (e.g., highway tolls, waiting fees) beyond the quoted price.

5) Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
• If you paid online and cancel in time, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• No-show policy:
  • Cash bookings: no charges apply.
  • Online payments: marked as no-show and non-refundable.

6) Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details: flight information, hotel address, pickup time, and contact number.
• Please ensure you collect all personal belongings when leaving the vehicle. If we find items, we will make every effort to return them.

7) Company Responsibilities

• We guarantee on-time pickups.
• If delays occur, we will provide a replacement driver or vehicle.
• All drivers are licensed and vehicles are insured.

8) Limitations of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, breakdowns, or events beyond our control.
• If we cannot provide the booked service and you have paid, we will arrange an alternative vehicle or issue a full refund.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the total cost of the booking.

9) Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access or data scraping.
• All logos, images, and text are the intellectual property of Trustker Company and may not be used without permission.

10) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted immediately on this page.
