How 150 kms/day works
Different end city (End → Start charged)
Up to 150 km/day are included (A City → sights → back to A). Extra touring kms are charged per the vehicle’s per-km rate.
If you end in another city, you pay the End → Start distance back to the starting city at the vehicle per-km rate. Keep Auto-calculate on or enter a custom distance.
After baggage & customs, meet at Arrivals. We can meet you at the official airport taxi area or the Arrivals lobby. Flights are monitored—delays are covered.
Tolls are not included in the base day rate. If the route uses expressways (e.g., E03 Airport Expressway), we add tolls at cost to your fare.
Yes—fuel for the included 150 km/day is included. Extra touring kms and End → Start kms use the per-km rate.
Short parking and standard waiting at pickups are included. Unusual waiting, special venue parking or multi-stop city jobs may add small fees—always confirmed upfront.
Yes, on request. Please tell us the age/weight so we can bring the right seat. Limited quantity—first come, first served.
Yes, but for safety we recommend limiting mountain/hill-country night drives. Early-morning airport transfers are fine.
Most hotels/guesthouses provide driver quarters. If not available, a small allowance may apply for driver lodging & meals—we’ll confirm case-by-case.
Flexible: free changes whenever possible. No-show or very late cancellations may incur fees if the vehicle/driver was dispatched. We’ll be fair and transparent.
Cash (LKR), bank transfer, and popular cards. For cards, a standard processing fee may apply from the payment provider.
Yes—quotes are in LKR, but we can convert at the day’s rate. Final card settlements may differ slightly due to FX by your bank.
